Taught in lead and follow format with a short bop featured the last 15 minutes of class. Our instructor will guide you through basic dance moves while your heart rate climbs. Focusing on control, fluidity and grace, you will always be challenged with spins, floor-work, strutting and learning how to listen to your body.
